EMCO Services, LLC is a fully licensed, and insured asphalt maintenance company founded by president, owner and operator Lacy Ponsart in 2016. This means you can count on Lacy to be involved with everything from start to finish on each project. EMCO has a variety of customers ranging from residential home owners to commercial property managers. We realize that our customers are our business, and we consistently strive to ensure the owner is 100% satisfied.
EMCO Services, LLC President Lacy Ponsart has an impressive 12 year background in the Asphalt Industry and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Akron. Lacy is also certified as an Asphalt Field Technician through NECEPT (Northeast Center of Excellence for Pavement Technology) which is a certification from Penn State University College of Engineering. Lacy has worked for numerous heavy highway asphalt contractors in the Pittsburgh area as a Project Engineer/Manager.
